There are three ways you can attend the Kids Kino Industry co-production forum:

Below, please find more details, dates and information about the different types of accreditation.

Decision Maker

The forum takes place in September. The registration form will be available from August 2021, but we are pleased to already be in touch with you and have you on board for our upcoming event. Please contact katarzyna.janiak@nowehoryzonty.pl.

As a Decision Maker you:

  • have an access to Kids Kino Industry’s digital platform
  • have a priority booking of individual meetings with given projects (more details below – 1:1 meetings)
  • have an early access to all the prerecorded pitchings at least a week before the event
  • have an access to all the events, such as masterclasses, workshops, panels, networking sessions
  • will get an e-catalogue with all the contact information to our Pitching Teams
  • have an access to all the previous KKI Talks

Accreditation

Accreditation will be available at the beginning of August 2021. The forum will take place in September/October.

To join the event you need to fill in the registration form and buy the accreditation.

The cost of the accreditation, link to the accreditation form and further information will be publish closer to the date of the event.

1:1 meetings

As a Decision Maker you are able to book individual meetings with selected projects prior to the event via our online booking system (which will activate in August/ beginning of September). This gives you the priority to book certain meeting.

Am I a Decision Maker?

Decision Makers are industry representatives that we actively invite throughout a year. If you are working in film industry as a:

  • TV buyer,
  • sales agent,
  • online and theatrical distributor,
  • film investor,
  • film institution and film fund,
  • broadcaster,
  • festival

you are more than welcome to join us as a Decision Maker. If you are a producer, writer, director etc, please check how you can attend the event as a Pitching Team or Attendee.

Pitching Teams

Have a project in development or work in progress to pitch? Feature film or series – animation/documentary/live-action or transmedia? Or would you like to show your project during our Market Presentation? Check how to submit your project here.

As a Pitching Team you:

  • will be asked to prerecord your pitching or to pitch your project during the event in Warsaw (depends on the COVID-19 situation)
  • can show your project to our Decision Makers
  • can book a meeting with your potential partners
  • have an access to Kids Kino Industry’s digital platform
  • have an access to all the events, such as masterclasses, workshops, panels, networking sessions
  • have an access to all the previous KKI Talks

Accreditation

Once your project is selected, we notify you via e-mail. The accreditation will be given to two members of the project team (preferably producer + writer) who will be pitching the projct at the forum.

Once you receive the confirmation of your participation, your online account will be activated – you will receive login and password to our online booking system which also means your accreditation got accepted.

1:1 meetings

Decision Makers are the one who book the meetings with the pitching teams. They do it both online and personally during the event (if the event is held offline). If you will notice that you don’t have a meeting with a person you are keen to meet, our matchmakers will help you to arrange the meeting. You will be able to see your meeting calendar once you are logged in. The registration for the meetings starts in August/September.

Attendee

Whether you are a producer without a selected project at Kids Kino Industry, director, screenwriter, journalist, student, etc, you are welcome to join the event as an Attendee. Below you will find some information why it’s worth to attend KIds Kino Industry as an Attendee.

As an Attendee you:

  • have an access to Kids Kino Industry’s digital platform
  • have an access to all the prerecorded pitchings
  • have an access to book meetings with Selected Projects and Decision Makers
  • have a full access to all the masterclasses, workshops, panels
  • will get an e-catalogue including the sessions descriptions and all the contact information about our Pitching Teams and Decision Makers
  • have an access to all the previous KKI Talks

Once we notice the payment for accreditation, your online account will be activated, which means that during the event in September you will be able to book meetings with both Decision Makers and Pitching Projects.
