Anna Lott writes books, scripts and audio stories for children. She has become known for her lively and entertaining readings. Her books have been published by the acclaimed German publishing houses Arena, dtv junior, Carlsen and Thienemann-Esslinger. Anna Lott is particularly passionate about developing strong characters and story worlds, which allow the depiction of difficult subjects such as mobbing, loss and death in an appropriate and encouraging manner specifically tailored to children. Since 2019 Anna Lott has also been teaching storytelling and story development at the University of Bremen in addition to her writing career. She lives with her two sons in Bremen.
